Please be sure to complete all four registration steps using the links provided below (Please note additional form in #4):
#1. Registration/Payment for primary registration fee and uniform orders for athlete on SiPlay site. Please read all information thoroughly regarding the Track & Field uniform and warm-up suit. Sizing and prices are included in the online registration form. There is also an option to pay in three installments with your credit card.
#2. Payment for Milton High School (Fulton County) Participation fee online at OSP site.
Please note that the $50.00 Fulton County athletic fee is now accessible as “Boys or Girls Track and Field Participation Fee”

#3. Electronic Forms submittal on PlanetHS. In order to participate, athlete must have physical and insurance information loaded on Planet HS. Most athletes participating in a fall sport such as football or cross country should have an updated physical on file
